The condo is 650 square feet with an open floor plan in a 9 unit building. The interior is modern, comfortable and cozy. The space is private and situated on a quiet block in lower queen anne. A perfect spot for visiting Seattle as it is walking distance to Amazon, Facebook, South Lake Union, Seattle Center, Space Needle and Downtown, but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise. Guests will have access to free wifi and cable TV (equipped with Netflix, Hulu, etc), washer/dryer in the unit, a full bathroom with a shower and bath tub, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking space directly behind the unit, and a balcony with a view of the space needle. Lower Queen Anne offers many perks great local eateries, grocery stores, coffee shops, museums, theaters, and music venues.
