Down town home facing the Dom square

The 40 sqm flat has an excellent location in 2-5 min walking distance to all the main attraction of Szeged. Dóm square is 2 min on foot. The Faculty of Medicine is just in the next street. The area is very peacful due to a limited traffic. The flat is located on the 3rd floor, please note that an elevator is not available in the building. There is one room with a huge window facing to the churches. A separate kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfy brand-new coco mattress are for your comfort.

There are only 5 stairs and you reach the flat, which is bright, quite, and perfect place for relax. Across the street you can find coffeeshop and a small restaurant of pizza, hamburger. Hospital buildings are close. You can park on the street or you can choose a private parking opportunety for 1 car in a closed inner courtyard for 1000 Ft (3EUR) per night.
