It's a five-minute walk to a deserted beach and a 15-minute walk to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini-markets.

Within 700 meters is the organized beach of Vari where one can find various café-bars and restaurants. The cosmopolitan Hermoupolis and its port are just 5km away and the airport of Syros 3km away.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.
