Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The bathhouse is located on Aarhus Island, which is the new hip place. Bring your fishing rod - there is the possibility of fishing right by the house. At the harbor 100-200 meters from the house, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a nice street food meal 🍺🌮🍔and or your morning coffee☕️ 🥐or maybe a delicious ice cream 🍦🍡to end the day with. Or take a trip to the center 1.5 km🤗 away, where there are plenty of opportunities for shopping and good places to eat.

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
