It is "in the middle of Lofoten", a nice base. On nice summer days you can walk 10 minutes and see the midnight sun go down in the sea. 1st floor has spacious hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom. 2nd floor has loft (office/bedroom), 1 private bedroom, hallway/storage space. Private parking space at the entrance to the house.

Welcome to Lyngværstua /Aurorahouse. Ceramic workshop: in the autumn/winter season i offer ceramic workshops View the northern lights from our terrace, kayak the lagoon from the beachfront. Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. The sauna has amazing views of the sea and mountains. Charger for electric or plug-in car is available.

Studio apartment by the fjord and mountains

Studio apartment on the ground floor of the house, a short walk to the sea, close to the midnight sun. The Northern Lights (aurora borealis) are often seen in winter. Moose have been observed several times in the garden (see photos). All furniture is new (from July 2026). There is a level 2 (type 2) electric car charger in the garage. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in our part of the house. Use of the charger or laundry facilities must be arranged in advance.

Newly built cabin with a high standard and its own shoreline located in the middle between Henningsvær and Svolvær in Lofoten. The cottage is secluded located without neighbours. Walking distance to mountains and beach. Good opportunities for fishing for sea trout right outside the living room door. Cross country slope 100m from the cottage. Sun from early morning to late evening. The perfect starting point for an active and relaxing Lofoten holiday!

Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.
