The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

Leissigen is located between Interlaken and Spiez (10 minutes each way), so it offers a wide range of opportunities to explore the Bernese Oberland (swimming, hiking, skiing...).

Our Bee House leaves nothing to be desired. It has a new bathroom with shower/toilet and a free-standing bathtub, a living room with a Scandinavian wood stove, a minibar, a Nespresso machine and a sleeping gallery. It is particularly suited for young people who appreciate calm spaces und nature. If the climb up to the gallery is too difficult, there is a comfortable sofa bed available downstairs.

Glamping Nature Lodge Gadestatt

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail.
