Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m above sea level), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful excursions on foot, by bicycle and winter sports.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.
