Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Walnut, an Idyllic Cotswold farm retreat

The crowning glory, Walnut occupies the top floor of the converted barn. Sunlight floods into the vast living area through an entire gable of elegant oak windows overlooking the courtyard. Competing for attention is the massive stone fireplace with its chimney breast towering up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery above, reached via a solid elm staircase landing in front of a magnificent stone arched window giving glorious views down to the fish pond and across the picturesque valley.

The Potting Shed Little Tew

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. Trifold doors in garden room lead out onto a large deck with outside furniture and steps to the secluded garden surrounded by trees with sunken seating area. Further down is a fenced pond and a separate games room.

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.
