Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. A super-king size bed, sea-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen and log burning stove will ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

Boslowen apartment is a hidden gem. The light, contemporary living area is south facing with panoramic sea views from St Anthony's Head across Falmouth Bay to the Manacles on the Lizard Peninsular. Peaceful, quiet location just a short stroll from Falmouth's best beaches (Swanpool 4 mins, Gyllyngvase 8 mins). Ideally located for the coastal path, swimming and water sports, playing golf or walking to Falmouth Harbour to take a boat trip or enjoy the local shops and restaurants. On site parking.

The Nook, Falmouth

The Nook comprises of a lounge, double bedroom and a wet room. A balcony to the rear with splendid views only 20-minutes walk to the beach. Penmere is the nearest station, with town only a 5 minute taxi ride to find restaurants, pubs, cafes and independent shops. Falmouth's 4 beaches link with a good costal path with stunning views. Boat trips from town will take you to Flushing, St Mawes or stop off at Pandora Inn for the best Sunday roast. We also welcome well behaved four legged friends.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

Just a five-minute stroll to Swanpool Beach and Nature Reserve, with watersports, coastal walks and Falmouth town centre also nearby. Sleeps 2–3, with a king-size bed and an additional single in the same room, ideal for couples and families. Onsite parking and peaceful surroundings in Cornwall.

Modern studio annex near beaches

Part of a recently refurbished family home comes our modern studio annex. The annex embodies a compact but clever use of space and contains king sized bed, kitchenette area, table & chairs, TV and bathroom. There is also a table & chairs outside which is south facing. We live 5 and 10 mins walk to Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches and 20 mins walk into Falmouth town. Our neighbourhood is quiet, safe and mature with ample street parking.

Rowenna

Rowenna is a very traditional, light and airy self- contained annexe with its own entrance attached to the family home. We supply a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bread, milk, butter, and marmalade for our guests. The house is spacious, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy lounge with views over the valley and we endeavour to supply everything you need to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
