Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

PEFANIS STUDIOS #4-LASSI, ARGOSTOLI

Το στούντιο αποτελεί μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος αυτόνομων και διαμπερών διαμερισμάτων. Είναι ένας ήσυχος χώρος, με μεγάλο κήπο και μπαλκόνια με θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται στην πιο τουριστική περιοχή του νησιού, μόλις 3 χλμ από την πρωτεύουσα, το Αργοστόλι και μόλις 500 μ. από τις δύο ωραιότερες παραλίες της περιοχής. The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!
