Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside – in a UNESCO biosphere reserve, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and surrounded by nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We care about organic farming and sustainability, and we love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 pm the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on site with either MobilePay or cash.

This unique property has a panoramic view of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Our cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from Enø beach and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, which is close to the water (150 m). The house has lots of personality and coziness, as it is regularly used by us as a family. The house is located in a small cottage area in the countryside, where there is a high ceiling. There are plenty of games, both for the garden and in the house that can be used. The house is kept nice and clean, but we can't guarantee that little Peter spider won't stop by when we're not there. There are 6 beds in two rooms and 1 in the living room

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025.
