With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

Der er legeredskaber, fodboldmål og trampolin samt flere steder med borde og stole. Inde i huset er der også god plads. Der er 4 sovepladser fordelt på to senge/værelser samt mulighed for en weekendseng og en ekstra opredning på madras. Der er et veludstyret køkken med opvaskemaskine og spiseplads til seks voksne samt to højstole.
