There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with a playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water, where there is a jetty and changing facilities. 5 minutes' walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m away. The basement is permanently rented out with its own entrance, which means that the washing machine and tumble dryer are shared.

Svendborg with cultural offerings and cozy shopping streets, the Øhavs trail, mountain bike trails, castles and museums are all within immediate reach. In addition, Thurø is a mecca for anglers.

There is free parking outside the courtyard, and check-in is via a key box. If you are picky and want a hotel stay, this is not the apartment for you.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
