House on the Wigry

A wooden house nestled in the shadow of the Wigre National Park, surrounded by meadows, far from the urban core. The atmosphere is fantastic, the views are amazing, and there are lots of bike paths around the stunning lakes of Long, Mule, and Wigra. The house itself is built on a wooden slope and has two decks. The smaller one on the bottom, with an outdoor fireplace, and a large patio at the top. The stylish wooden furniture is handcrafted by a local carpenter. The home is slightly shaded. No need for air conditioning.

It once belonged to Kamedułów Wigierskie, the Kamionka River winds through the village. Okuniowca is a moraine, hilly, glacial area. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the forest, 100 to the lake, 200m to the beach. A perfect place for those who value peace, quiet, and active recreation.
