Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking excursions & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll a little from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The Flims/Laax and Obersaxen ski resorts can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sleds are rented on site. Mira Flem Family penthouse ski right to the door.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the top floor directly on the ski slope. Fantastic view of the mountains and the village. Spacious living room with fireplace and dining table. New kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower cabin and the third has a large bathtub. Ski room and laundry room for common use in the house. 2 parking spaces in the garage.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.
