A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

And if you're not in the area for a wedding it's an ideal spot if you're passing through or here for work. The Hinds Head pub is a 2 minute walk, there's a cycle path to Aldermaston station with a direct train link into London, as well as access to the Canal and various cycle routes around the county.

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.
