Fra huset kan man gå til Sukkertoppen og få majestetisk utsikt i alle himmelretninger. Ålesund sentrum er kun noen minutter unna i bil, og man kan også fint sykle inn til sentrum. Huset har totalt 3 soverom. Der et er barnerom. Loftstue/gjesterom med sovesofa og mulighet for å benytte seg av barneseng også her. Uteplass og grill kan også benyttes på sommeren 🌅
