You live within walking distance of the express boat quay and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the centre of Ålesund. A short distance to Langevåg town centre where you will find, among other things, the Devold factory with outlet stores, a café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Close to sports facilities, an outdoor park and a hiking trail. And Sulafjellet is not far away with a well-maintained mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. An excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

The house is located at the top of a building area, at the end of a dead end street. There is a short distance to Ålesund city center and Moa shopping center if you want to go shopping. The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. Beautiful nature, swimming areas and playground arranged just in the immediate area. Devoldfabrikken among others.

Short distance to Langevåg city center, where there are shops, supermarkets and Devoldfabrikken - a popular shopping area with outlet stores, café, bakery, wine sales, etc. There is a fast boat daily from Langevåg harbour to Ålesund city centre – a trip that only takes 7 minutes Langevåg is surrounded by beautiful nature with easy access to fjords, mountains and forests.

Free parking. 1/2 minute's walk to the fjord, where water sports enthusiasts can rent rowing boats and SUP boards. Feel free to cycle/walk to Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with its beach, trails, gazebos and bonfire area, as well as World War II bunkers. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Langevåg offers a disc golf course and great hiking trails in beautiful nature. From Langevåg there is a speedboat to Ålesund. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a private sauna. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and has everything else you usually need.

With a speedboat from Langevåg you are in Ålesund city center in 10 min, with your own car it takes 30 min to drive. It is only 500 meters to the closes grocery store.

By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.
