The River House is less than 3 miles from the parking lot of Lincoln Peak (Sugarbush), and everything else is right out your door.

Euro-style passive house built in 2020 with super-insulated walls and a large proportion of natural materials. The house is less than a mile drive to the Lincoln Peak base area, with breathtaking winter views of the resort. First floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath and mudroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a second full bath.
