U Maliny - Adina apartment

You'll feel at home in our stylish family accommodation. You have a terrace, a fireplace and a nice view of the garden. The house is located by the river and right on the bike path. It's no problem to store your bikes here. Parking is free and is 50 meters from the house. There are two private apartments in the house. One is yours (it is on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other for other guests (on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance). Each has a separate terrace and the garden is shared. The owner's house is in the neighborhood.

Hockehof

The old farmhouse refers to the local traditional architecture. The house has a really large plot of land with lots of greenery and fruit trees. The garden has a beautiful view of the Ronov and Vlhošť hills. The house is located in the village square, but it has a closed courtyard, and therefore offers proper privacy and absolute peace. A stream flows through the village square and there is a children's playground. Janovice is a historic village, which is still on an oval medieval floor plan and the whole village is a village conservation area.

Unique house with garden and modern amenities

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Přijeďte se nadechnout přírody, proběhnout se v ranní rose a večer si užít nekonečnou romantiku pod hvězdami i dlouhé rozjímání u ohně. Přes den se můžete toulat po okolních stezkách mezi rybníky nebo vyrazit na výlet vlakem. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
