Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique cabin, high up among the treetops. At a height of 7.5 meters above the ground, you are surrounded by forest, birdsong and a soothing calm – far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin offers a private, secluded accommodation where nature is always present. Via two stairs and a suspension bridge, you reach your own, smaller cabin where there is a wood-fired bath. Here you can sink into the warm water, smell the scent of wood and gaze out over the forest – an experience that is equally magical all year round.

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. How cozy is it to make your coffee on the wood stove and to be able to pick herbs from the garden for dinner, gather mushrooms and berries in the forest, and just enjoy yourself? There is opportunity for lovely forest walks among paths and forest roads. With a bit of luck, you'll see wild animals nearby – and on the farm, there are also friendly cats, dogs, horses and chickens that are happy to say hello. Within walking distance to a café.

The Tailor's Villa

The tailor master villa is a renovated two-story house from the early 1900s with preserved details and modern amenities. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a south-facing terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace, balcony in southeast location and a bay window overlooking the river Lagan. Grocery store and downtown are 2 kilometres away. A comfortable base for both relaxation and excursions. The house is not accessible. Welcome to book!

Here you can get away from it all and relax. With luck, you will meet animals such as hare, deer and elk on extensive forest walks. Otherwise, there are my two house cats and chickens that can provide you with breakfast eggs. A perfect retreat for relaxing holidays in southern Sweden.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on your own island that you can easily reach via a small bridge from your own parking space. Paddle a canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bathing stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, cook dinner and read a book while you look out over the lake. All windows have lake views in all directions.
