The house is a Modern mansion in a classic building of 1926 on the stunning estate Sancta Maria Noordwijk in the middle of the Dutch dunes. Connected to Zandvoort circuit.The house has high ceilings, is light and spacial with an open floor plan connecting spaces. It has a front terras in the sun for having breakfast and lunch and a back garden with dining table and lounge sofa and fireplace for a nice cosy evening. Noordwijk is at the beach and is a gorgeous health resort in the midel of nature.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Spacious cozy downstairs house a short distance from shops, beach and dunes. The house has a living/dining room with an open new kitchen with all amenities. Two bedrooms for two people each, with the possibility of an extra bed. One bathroom and two toilets, and everything is on one level. This centrally located house is trendyly furnished and offers all the convenience and comfort for a nice holiday near the sea. The house is 120m2 and has a lovely south facing front garden, in short, sun all day! Located in a friendly neighborhood, ideal for families and larger groups. From the house you can walk to the beach (500 m) in 5 min. It is not allowed to smoke and /or use drugs in the house or in the garden.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
