Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

In this place your family can stay near everything, the location is central. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transportation. If you are going to visit Preikestolen you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to the parking lot and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walking from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The house is located close to Pulpit Rock that it takes 10 minutes by car from apartment ,and 15 minutes to Lyse Fjord that you can get ferry to Kjerag. To get to Cozy Landscape House from Stavanger, it takes 20 minutes by car . In the side of the House there is a free private parking .

Fin natur, nær offentlig badestrand. Ca. 20 min å kjøre til Preikestolområdet. Ca. 30 min. å kjøre til Stavanger sentrum. Rolig og familievennlig.

About 15 minutes by car to the starting point of Pulpit Rock. 1 km to the city center where you will find grocery stores, restaurants etc. Around 100 meters in from bus connection. 350m walk to a great public beach. A small playground directly below the apartment that can be used.

Safe, peaceful and rural surroundings, but still a central location. 15-20 min drive to the parking at Preikestolen and Stavanger Centrum. 15 min walk to get down to the jetty by the sea and possibly bus stop. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a large patio. Parking right outside the apartment.
