Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Sokil Manor is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a wood-fired clay oven for cooking.
