Anka's cottage - Vodeničko brdo

Welcome to our guesthouse, a simple yet inviting space on our family property. Inside, you'll find a well-lit bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and internet. A coffee machine, fridge, and comfy sofa make the living area ideal for relaxation. An elevated space holds two mattresses—one for sleeping, the other for lounging—that convert into beds for groups of four. Outside, enjoy a seat at a table set before a hill of sun-loving plants. No kitchen, but home-cooked meals are available upon request.

"Kosmaj Vista" is a brand new house near Kosmaj, just an hour from Belgrade. Our house was built in 2024 and is a perfect blend of modern design and the nature in which it is located. In an area of 60 acres there is an outdoor swimming pool, a summer house with a ping pong table and bbq, and a beautiful house of 170m2. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yoga room. It is ideal for families with children, gatherings of friends or team building.

Lakehouse can be accessed only by boat. There is big parking on other side of the lake, where you can park and boat is docked. Lakehouse has Electricity, Drinkable water, Fireplace, Barbecue and beautiful view to lake and Ovcar Mountain. Real heaven for family vacation. Vikendica na Medjuvrsju preko puta restorana Lanterna. The old Piazza vacation home is located in the town of Velik. It covers 25 acres of land and has two separate cottages with a beautiful garden. One pool is available for use on both vacation houses.
