It has a SPA area and a courtyard with upholstered furniture and sun loungers, as well as a beautiful stone courtyard with a barbecue. The first floor has a dining room with a fireplace and TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a dining area. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with amenities for the most demanding guests.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Stoykite, located at 1400 m above sea level, in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, 7 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo, 5 km from the village of Shiroka Laka and 15 km from the regional center of Smolyan. The house is completely self-contained and without landlords. It is located on 2 floors and has a bed base of up to 14 places. The house also has a Jacuzzi, which is paid separately from the price of the night, if guests wish to use it, it is with a prior request!

Our apartment is positioned in the breath taking landscapes of the Rhodope Mountains. Discover the mountains like never before with the delightful walks and accompanying far reaching views over the lakes and surrounding evergreen forests. We are 17 minutes drive from gondola lift Stoykite - Snezhanka Peak . After 9 minutes trip, you will reach the very top (1925 m) of the international ski resort Pamporovo. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts can enjoy 14 ski trails with a total length of 20 km.

We offer a comfortably furnished one-bedroom apartment in the village of Stoykite, located about 100 meters from the center, in a exceptionally picturesque area. Stoykite is a small Rhodope village situated at 1,400 meters above sea level, 5 km from Pamporovo and 15 km from Smolyan. It is connected to Snezhanka Peak by a chairlift and is a preferred destination for winter sports . The Bagpipe Museum is located here, and the national bagpipe festival “Apostol Kisyov” is held annually.

There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.
