"Da zia Giovanna" is an apartment on the ground floor in a quiet and low-traffic alley in the heart of Manfredonia. There is a convenient parking lot 20 meters away and it is close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach, perfect for getting around on foot. With vaulted ceilings and thick arches, it is cool in summer and well heated in winter. It is a family home built in 1917 in the historic center and completely renovated recently to highlight the ancient charm of the structure.

Relax with a glass of wine from our production, taste an excellent oil from our olives. Breakfast will be available on the first day. The guest can use the entire area in front of the house. Beyond this area, access is forbidden because it is for continuous private use.

It is the right place for those who love nature and want to spend days relaxing. Attached to the villa, as depandance, an authentic vintage trullo, restored and furnished as a living area. At 200 meters there is a riding stables/restaurant that can also be reached on foot.
