Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, three baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, large back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Location couldn't be better in North Wildwood - just 3.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment above the smaller apartment (also listed) in the same rear building. Fully-stocked kitchen, ROKU tv, air-conditioning. Courtyard on the property is great for cookouts and sunbathing. Free parking on street.

Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem).

Everyone loves Hidden Pines, our charming cottage with a shady landscaped private yard in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Hidden Pines is just off the main street and half a mile from the beach, in a quiet, shady neighborhood. Perfect for a couple or small family, romantic retreat or solo getaway. Our yard is great for relaxing with a good book or entertaining friends. The downstairs was newly renovated Spring 2022.
