Ideal location if cycling or walking the South Downs, visiting Glyndebourne ,doing tours of either Rathfinny vineyard or the Long man brewery,exploring the beautiful National Park or just escaping the city for a weekend . They have own area for sitting and alfresco meals but are welcome to potter around the garden which is in its infancy and gardeners are welcome to add their advice on planting etc ! I am delighted to meet guests and am here to answer questions .I have been in the tourist trade for twenty three years running Centres at Bewl Water and SevenSisters Country Park so am happy to help with advice on where to visit ,best places to eat locally etc .However I am also very aware that guests come to relax,chill out and enjoy their privacy.So I will not intrude unless invited to 、 The hut is in the Village of, about 15 miles east of Brighton, in the South Downs National Park. Directly on the South Downs way;ideal for a stop over for cyclist and walkers. It's close to castles, stately homes, vineyards and, The High street offers colorful shops and excellent cafes and restaurants Close to mainline station to and from London. This quiet, charming retreat a step away from the bustle of village life offers privacy and relaxation. A little gem of an oasis! Parking is available in my drive.There are bus routes to Seaford and Eastbourne.The Railway station at Berwick is main line to Lewes, Gatwick and Victoria London . If you are visiting at the weekend you are advised to book if going out for a meal.I am happy to recommend places to eat .arriving by train Berwick station is only ten minutes away (mainline from Victoria) but remember to book a taxi to get to Alfriston ,Polegate and Seaford are the nearest taxi services.

Secluded Shepherds hut in country location

Relax in the beautiful Sussex countryside. The hut has a hot water shower 2 sinks and a loo and a double bed. Inside the hut you have speakers to listen to your favourite tunes or relax with a book, a game of cards, Jenga or scrabble. Wake up and have a cup of tea or coffee with a view of either the fields or sheep that may be in the vicinity. Bring wellies as the fields are still wet. If you like dogs then mine will most likely come and visit (extremely friendly) No cooking facilities

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
