Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer: Unser liebevoll saniertes Fachwerkhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Sumte, umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und der einzigartigen Landschaft der Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

The lovingly converted circus wagon offers you a super cozy retreat in the middle of nature - and that in every season. Enjoy sunsets in the vicinity of our sheep, or make yourself comfortable by the fire. The mobile tiny house has an oven, electricity and water connection, a private guest bathroom in the main house and is designed for a maximum of 3 people plus toddler.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Der Bahnhof ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass Du schnell und unkompliziert unterwegs bist. Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, steht ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Whether you come to the heath for a short weekend or a whole week: We hope that you will feel at home with us. The Burgundy apartment is one of four apartments in our beautiful Villa Muenchbach. It impresses with its floor space of approx. 52 m² and thus offers plenty of space for two people. The large panoramic window and an elevated Chesterfield sofa with an extravagant view of the meadows and fields give the apartment a special touch.

The former bakery was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony theory of Feng Shui and the use of high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). It impresses with its carpentry, for example the unique solid wood kitchen with Miele appliances. It is an accommodation for people who appreciate something special and who are looking for their peers in terms of individuality and attention to detail.

We completely renovated and furnished the "Schwalbennest" vacation apartment in 2020. Modern amenities meet stylish furnishings in modern country style on 53 m². The apartment has a separate double bedroom and a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. There is room for 2 adults and a baby/toddler. Another person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
