This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 20! There is a fully stocked Kitchen and multiple seating and gathering spaces. The downstairs has a pool table, poker table, ping-pong table and more. Outside there is a fire pit with wood provided and a fenced puppy yard. Welcome to our charming cabin nestled in a grove of cedar trees. This cozy retreat offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Wake up to the soothing sounds of nature, and enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch. It is located just minutes from Pomme de Terre Lake, several swimming beaches, boat docks, a state park with fishing access, a walking path, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, and volleyball. You will also have walking distance to Dollar General.

Newly constructed in 2024; welcome to Sunny Side Cottage! This modern home features an open layout with full kitchen, coffee bar and living room. After your lake time, relax with a smart TV, fireplace, board games and patio. The master bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV and private bath. On the other side of the house there is a shared bathroom between a bedroom with a queen bed ( and smart TV) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper as well.
