Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
