Here you can rent one of three cabins by the sea. The cabins are equipped with the kitchen and bathroom and are centrally located. In addition to the cabins, there is a large patio where you can barbecue and the kids can play freely. The rental price includes bed linen and towels. The place is equipped with an electric car charger. We are a family who took over these cabins in June 2024 and will eventually renovate the place. The photos are therefore temporary and will be updated along the way. As of now, there are only single beds and bunk beds in the cabins.

Enjoy a memorable stay at this unique place. Closer to the sea you will not arrive. The cabin is located in Fættenfjorden located between Skatval in Stjørdal and Åsen in Levanger. At Holmberget you can enjoy sea and boating, swimming, fishing and relaxing. The cottage has most amenities Several outdoor zones with furniture, table and gas grill and pizza oven. There is a simple outdoor shower with decking all the way down by the sea, which is nice to use for swimming. The cabin has a large floating dock and access to a 13 foot boat with motor.

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes of walking through the forest, you will come across Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can walk along it into the field or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor(90cm) if needed. Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Living room/bedroom with bunk bed (120 + 75) and sofa bed (140), and a 90 mattress on the floor. Large garden that in summer is used for grazing for two lambs.
