House S&D is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers its guests a place to stay, free WiFi, parking, and a large backyard. The house has a bedroom, living room, gallery with two French beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a social room that contains a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen, and a tavern for tasting products from its own family. House Arupium is located near the river Gacka, only 3 km from the center of the town of Otočac. The house is 60 m2, and is fully equipped. It has a terrace in front of the house overlooking the river and mountains, and a smaller terrace located on the river itself. The house has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture.

The house has two bedrooms. One room with double bed and one with separate beds. It also has one additional bed in every rooms.
