Αυτόνομο ενεργειακά σπίτι σε κτήμα 5 στρεμμάτων δίπλα στο ποτάμι της Αμπουδιώτισας μέσα στα έλατα στις μηλιές και στις κερασιές. Δέκα λεπτά από την Σέτα. Τα τελευταία 500 μέτρα είναι χωματόδρομος. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση αλλά και για εξορμήσεις στις γύρω κορυφές, στους δασικούς δρόμους, στο ποτάμι και στους καταράκτες της περιοχής. Ιδανικό για παρέες, ομάδες αλλά και για οικογένειες, πάντοτε με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και με τις κατάλληλες προφυλάξεις που απαιτούνται όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα στο δάσος.

Το σπίτι είναι στην αρχή του μικρού και γραφικού χωριού που λέγεται Μακρυχώρι! Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ετοιμάσει το γεύμα του.Το σπίτι έχει εκπληκτική θέα και η γύρω περιοχή είναι καταπράσινη.Η απόσταση από την κοντινότερη παραλία είναι 20 λεπτά,στα 2 χιλιόμετρα υπάρχει ο καταρράκτης "Μανηκιατης" όπου ενδείκνυται για μπάνιο και ορειβασία, ακόμη στο χωριό υπάρχουν διαδρομές για πεζοπορία και ένα όμορφο ταβερνάκι για χαλάρωση!

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

There is a stone ground floor and a furnished residence of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of a hall, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a marble fireplace and a bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that becomes a bed for two. It has a heater for heating in winter, while the house is very cool in summer.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Enjoy the simple things in this serene and central place to stay. Our apartment is located on the main road that crosses the village of Kato Steni. It is dressed externally in Dirfion stone,in the earthy colors of Dirfys and nature around. The back side of the apartments overlooks the ravine of Steni,filled with towering plane trees, walnut trees,pomegranates and cherry trees closer to the ravine.
