The most wonderful thing about this unit is the PRIME LOCATION in the complex, and that your private boat slip is directly below your balcony. You have your own personal water and power tower with your boat slip. This condo is right next to the pool area as well. (Just a few steps). Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo located on the 2nd floor. This unit is also located next to public boat ramp where you can drop the boat and be out on the gulf in about 10 minutes. This condo is fully furnished with a coastal vibe and sleeps 6 guests it has a Full size washer/dryer & Covered parking. Currently no docks , elevator or pool but great place to stay if your looking to just get away and go fishing. Boat trailer parking straight across from the building
