In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Shopping by car in 5-10 minutes, public transport is a 5-15 minute walk. By car, it's 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Bielefeld. There is no charge for final cleaning.
