Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

By car, you can reach 15 minutes you are in Bielefeld or Gütersloh city. There are also three bus lines in the immediate vicinity. Shopping, bakery, post office, butcher are a 7-minute walk away. The apartment has a parking lot on the premises with a wallbox. Wi-Fi and fiber optic.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
