Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

The property consists of two houses: one for the host family and one for you - only with a shared entrance. Full access to the plot's facilities and direct access to the sea.

The old forge

Relax in this unique and quiet old smithy home of 82 sqm. The blackout workshop is intact, but the accommodation is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms, large kitchen-living room, bathroom and sauna. The house is completely to yourselves, with the possibility of parking in one of the 2 driveways. There is a large delicious wooden terrace where you can enjoy your stay completely undisturbed. The house is an extension of our 6000 sqm garden, and you are very welcome to go around the entire property during your stay.

The little green well house

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate, and it's free ;) 10 min. walk to beach and forest. 20 min. walk to nice marina. There's a great cafe on the way to the harbor, where you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Velkommen til vores charmerende, rolige gæstehus, med en storslået udsigt over hav og marker. Gæstehuset ligger i udkanten af en lille, fredelig landsby ,10 minutters gang fra den smukkeste sandstrand. Privat træveranda, hvor du kan nyde "DARK SKY"- a place with no light pollution from artificial lights. Dark sky status is given to an area when there isn't much light pollution from major cities, and you can see clearly into the stars above, making them a perfect location for stargazing

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Accommodation with water view

Lean back and enjoy a cozy stay, overlooking fields, East Møn and the Baltic Sea The small oasis is furnished with a double bed, kitchen with refrigerator, combi oven and hotplates. There is an outdoor shower with hot water and a bio toilet. The beach is one kilometer away, where you can swim or go for some lovely walks. When you arrive, the bed is made and there will be towels and bathrobes available. There's a little dog in the backyard.

Idyllic in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

A. Private apartment in a cozy farmhouse

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
