You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

You can explore the entire Baltic Sea coast via very good bike paths. The bakery is in the village and is 1:45 minutes away by car. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as the zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, and towns for strolling.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
