We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. The house is newly renovated and stylishly and high-quality furnished based on the model of Swedish country houses. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you can cook and enjoy the food and a glass of wine on the terrace. Dear visitors! Welcome to our lovingly designed apartment in the heart of the medieval town of Stein am Rhein. We offer a 4-room apartment to relax and discover on the beautiful Rhine and Untersee. The Rhine invites you to take a refreshing dip in the summer months and the wonderful town invites you to explore. The apartment is located in a 4-family house. On the ground floor is our restaurant Uferlos on the Schifflände.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Relax with the whole family or friends in our beautiful country house with large garden while we are traveling. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth and atmosphere.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.
