"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

Free parking in the attached garage and in the driveway. 2 grocery shops within short walking distance. Bus stop, with bus direct to downtown 2 min walk from the apartment. Nice hiking areas nearby. Underfloor heating in both living room and bath, and well equipped kitchen recently renovated
