IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple building, iconic, landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The water in the building comes from an artesian well and may have a yellowish colour. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen, with a microwave, coffee makers, electric hob and fridge. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar Shopping Centres with free locks.
