Our refuge is foot in the sand, a bird's sound and the meek breeze of the river embracing the day. Made of wood, stones, clay and soul, the space was designed for those who value the essential: coziness, simplicity and connection. Here, you and your family will rest in the shade of the cashew trees, walk barefoot by the river and be enchanted by the sunset glowing the waters.

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom next door, 1 outdoor bathroom for pool and 1 more bathroom near the kitchen, plus 1 dependency (without air-conditioning) that would be the tenth bedroom, but this one we did not count. On the first floor there is 1 master suite, next to the suite it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the hallway. On the first floor there are also 3 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and balcony. (There are 9 air-conditioned rooms and 8 bathrooms total)

Gather family and friends at this paradisiacal spot in Maragogi. Cozy house with a spectacular view of the best beach in the city. The house has spacious suites with all the comfort you deserve. It has free, covered garage, as well as a maid included throughout the accommodation for cleaning and organization. The land has 2 more chalets, a shared barbecue area, a common sense of use. We do not make a reservation for the leisure area.
