A newly renovated apartment in Chojny, Łódź, one of the greenest parts of the city. Perfect for both short and long stays. Quiet neighborhood. The entire apartment is at guests' disposal: a living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a balcony and free parking in the neighborhood. There is a library and a beauty salon in the building, and the Well Fitness gym is next door. Nearby: ICZMP, MOSiR Stawy Jana (graduation tower, water attractions, barbecue areas), shops, restaurants, banks. No WiFi.

In the living room there is a large smart TV + free WiFi. Parties and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
