The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Stay in this Welsh Border's farmhouse to explore the Welsh Marches. Ideal location for walkers or cyclists; also to explore, among others, the towns of Ludlow and Hay on Wye. The accommodation has a wealth of period features, including inglenook fireplace, bread ovens, washing copper, flagged floors and exposed beams. There is a wood-burner and the accommodation is also centrally heated and double glazed and has a , modern fitted kitchen. There is a self contained garden/eating area .
