Secure garage space available upon request, for locking up bicycles, fishing tackle, golf clubs etc. Set in a lovely, quiet, village with two pubs & coffee shop in walking distance.

The Old Forge, gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage
In Aldwincle village 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle. Beautiful recently converted bright space with open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a woodburner. Great country walks and a nature reserve within five minutes. A pretty enclosed garden with patio and a view of the church. Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .NO LIVE TV

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.
Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Converted Barn overlooking fields.
Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Snug
The Snug is our bright and comfortable studio apartment situated above our garage in the beautiful village of Brigstock. The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. The property has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable King sized bed. Sheets and towels are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wi-Fi.
