Walking to food, shops, drive-in movie theatre, and rail trail. Trail is 1/4 mile from house, paved and only allows walking/biking. On trail: Arts village Wassaic (3 miles south) Millerton (8 miles north). Train to NYC is 2.5m south. Tons in area: wineries, distillery, lakes, hiking, theatre & quaint towns.

Located in the bucolic Hudson Valley, this new, gut-renovated cottage isn't far from many of the area's most loved spots. In the winter you can wander trails and get cozy by our electric fireplace. In the spring you can picnic your way through historic sites and enjoy a glass of local wine on our back deck. In the summer you can ride a horse and cook with seasonal ingredients from local farms. In the fall you can hike through the Hudson Valley's perfect colors and sip hot cider on our back deck.

Cabin 192 takes you back to 1992 with: a vhs collection of classics, a Super Nintendo, Sega, and other fun activities. Warm and toasty in fall and winter and cool in summer you’re always comfortable at Cabin 192. The cottage is light and airy, surrounded by forest. You may see birds and deer from the bedroom or living room. The queen bed is divided from the living room by a bookcase wall. There is a sofa bed in the living room which faces a patio overlooking the woods. We have a 16x36 unheated gunite pool, professionally maintained. The cottage works well for a couple or a couple with children. 2 night minimum required. Pets welcome. Pet owners passing through may stay 1 night.

After that, make your way to Westerlind to do a little shopping, pop into Oblong Books or enjoy the charm of an old time film theater by checking out The Movie house.

Located just 2 hours north of NYC, our country cottage in bucolic Pine Plains is newly renovated and furnished in a modern yet cozy style, welcoming you to a relaxing retreat! It is located in the heart of Pine Plains, a short walk to the town center. Perfect for 2-4 people. We currently have a 2 night min. stay and 3 night min. for holiday weekends.
