Cottage Wilkenburg

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Welcome to Nordsehl, a village on the Mittelland Canal and the Schaumburg Forest, between Bückeburg, Steinhuder Lake and the Deister. Here you will find wonderful local recreation, an opportunity for long walks and bike tours, (Fürstenroute, Weserradweg, Wilhelm Busch Route). The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.
