São Lourenço MG - Excellent Location 2 bedrooms

The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

Room with a double bed and possibility to place a single mattress. Room with sofa bed, TV, table with two benches for meals. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, electric pot (large), blender, minibar and sandwich maker. (We don't have a stove!) New Bathroom, all renovated. Available 320MB Wifi and TV.

Close to restaurants and a craft fair less than 5 minutes away. Kitchen items - complete! Pots, dishes, etc. Bed and bath linens. Everything complete for the family! Enjoy the best of the water circuit with convenience and comfort! Note: There is no child safety net on the windows.
