Perfect for a business trip or a family vacation of up to 4. Close to the Mishawaka river walk and a public golf course. We did mention we are "dog friendly", Right? Pet friendly but not a fenced in yard. Well water and 7 ft ceilings. Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

This guest home has everything you need for a great stay. A beautiful location in the county with easy access to the South Bend airport, Notre Dame and the rapidly developing towns of New Carlisle and Mishawaka, IN. A one bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size daybed in the living area. A nice sectional with recliners. A full kitchen that includes a few beverages and snacks for your convenience. A patio door with a deck and a great sunset! A clean little place to kick back and relax.

The living room has a 55" Roku TV and Roku TV's are in each bedroom. There are 2 Queen bedrooms on the main floor and 2 full beds in the large upstairs bedroom. The basement has a small living area and 1 full size bed. Each bedroom also has a fan and sound machine as well as blackout curtains to ensure a goodnights sleep. Privacy fenced back yard with plenty of patio furniture surrounding the pool and a gas grill. The pool is open from Memorial day to Labor day.
